Marius Meijerink

I am an Applied Researcher and Data Analyst with 9+ years of experience transforming behavioral data into actionable insights that inform business decisions and program strategy.

My expertise lies in data analytics and human-centered research. I work with stakeholders to define research questions and success metrics, conduct impact measurement, build performance measurement frameworks, and use data analytics to generate insights that help executive leadership improve business impact. I also have extensive experience in strategic partnership development and led business development efforts, securing $90M in federal (IDIQ) contracts.

My background includes nearly a decade of evaluating outcomes and drivers of behavior change for $10M to $140M international programs. I worked with interdisciplinary teams in Africa and Asia to measure program impact by implementing rigorous mixed-method studies, overseeing quantitative teams and enumerators, and analyzing data to find out what worked, what didn’t work, and why. To gain insights on perspectives and attitudes, I designed and fielded large-scale surveys (6,000+ households) in rural and urban settings and conducted interviews and focus group discussions. Having worked in diverse cultural contexts, I am highly attentive to the nuances of response bias, and sampling and representation challenges.
